This is the best web tool that I have found. A software like Photoshop online and free!
You can use the software without registration.
At start the tool we can create a new image, open an image from our PC, open an image from urls and choose a image from the library of Pixlr.
We have many posibilities, if you don't have an picture to start you can search in google and copy the url of the image. You don't need download images!
If you create a new image you can put a tittle and choose the size of the document.
In the navigation bar you can select a different language of the 29 that they have and translate the complete tool.
With the File menu you can save your work to your computer and print it.
It's easy to use, looks pretty good and have all that you need to draw or edit photos as any common software but with the advantage that it's free and you don't have to download it becouse it works completly online.
